Topic of the Week – January 2007 - Update
Applies to: Mediadoc Versions 3.02.17 and prior – English and French
Topic of the Week, January 2007 and later - Flash Show Module Only
Problem Description: After installing Topic of the Week shows for January 2007 (or later), the most recently installed shows appear black in the FlashShow module only. Shows appear normal in the SlideShow module.
Solution: Download and install the latest Macromedia Flash Show Player from the following link:

Problem
Description: After installing Topic of the Week shows for April
2005, you are unable to find the latest shows within Mediadoc.
The April 2005 shows are installed and can be found under the
following names.

A
download will not be available for this problem, however a replacement
CD will be sent out as of Mar 1, 2005.

Matrox Video Driver Update
Applies to: All Mediadoc systems with Matrox Dual or Quad Video Card configurations.
Problem Description: After updating Matrox Video Drivers your shows do not play correctly and/or you cannot enable multiple screens.
Solution: Download and install the following drivers: 2kxp_593_009.exe. Enable dual head with separate resolutions during install.
